I would have thought that being in a public place with your jubblies out is kind of asking for it a bit really, but does anyone think the Middletons have a point? |

Pippa has now attracted her own attention, so the old stuff gets trundled out and some salacious picture editor knows his readers will buy the paper just to see years-old holiday snaps. I wish them luck with their complaint, and anyone else in a like situation. |

I think you have to bear in mind they were in a public place, but yes I believe they are "papped". The complaint appears to be about publishing them however, not about them being taken in the first place.
