I would have thought that being in a public place with your jubblies out is kind of asking for it a bit really, but does anyone think the Middletons have a point?

I haven't seen the pics, nor want to. Are they 'private', or papparazzi ones? Anyone know?
If they are private then some ex-friend of the Middletons is doubtless off the Christmas card list. If Papp, then they are doubtless examples of what they are best at, sneaking pics of someone who has a minor attraction at the time (Catherine being the girlfriend of William) having no value at the time, but held on to until whenever. Pippa has now attracted her own attention, so the old stuff gets trundled out and some salacious picture editor knows his readers will buy the paper just to see years-old holiday snaps.
I wish them luck with their complaint, and anyone else in a like situation.

I think you have to bear in mind they were in a public place, but yes I believe they are "papped". The complaint appears to be about publishing them however, not about them being taken in the first place.

Here you go:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/sear...ww.google.co.uk

As it was dans Spain, they should direct their moans to that country.

While the taking of the pictures is tasteless, I think the moral is to keep wrapped up when in a public place.

Perhaps they will soon have a secret super injunction issued;
these are easily defeated by looking on Twitter!

Speaking of which, who is the super injunction actor? I assume Ewan Mcgregor but it all seems to be speculation.

Especially men wearing shorts who really shouldn't be! tongue.gif

Sadly, NOT the pictures that they, (The Middletons) complained about.

Think more Highclere Castle in it's most recent re-incarnation. (although there are others....actors that is)
