Know little chance of bring caught and even if the scum are will not be deterred by few hours of Community Payback eg cleaning litter at Snelsmore Common at weekend!

I think the likelihood of getting caught in the process is the biggest deterent. I'd be surprised if these thugs weren't known to the police. Notwithstanding that they are likley to have been observed through their youth being 'petty crooks' while no meaningfull action was taken.
I know we have been through this before, but I beleive in the severest penalties for carrying, and especially using, knives. |
