Very Long Wait

Just checking with my practice at Chieveley as to when the next available on line
booking is, and very disappointed to see it's over a month ie Dec 27th. sad.gif

Is your experience as bad?

Yep. No point in phoning or using technology. Only way is to pitch up face to face. Too...many patients. Something to do with the population both aging and growing oh and everyone wanting to live in the South.

In my experience that unless it is life threatening you are well advised to stay as far away as possible from anything connected to the NHS. Even they believe it would be a far better service without patients who are ill clogging up the system.

Ive had my second non-urgent appointment cancelled and have been waiting since July. I’ll have to wait until it is an emergency and inoperable I suppose.

A cynic may suggest it purely a means of reducing the waiting list by an increase in mortality. Personally I place the blame on incompetent administration.
