It looks like Stan Green has been overwhelming the NTC with FOI requests ... poor things!

Not another vexatious candidate? Would it not be more practical to label all precept payers vexatious, unless they are members of the club of course?

Newbury Town Council are institutionally complaint-averse. Their complaint-handling process is 1. fob you off, 2. complain that you're complaining, 3. victimise you for complaining. They are incapable of accepting that they can ever be in error and are pugnacious in their suppression of criticism.

As always classic pantomime! The job titles always get me 'Chief Executive' yes, local government a la Trotter.
Isn't there another process step; 4, appeal to our 'independent' tribunal....
