That's £400 for a family of four "The Downland Practice will no longer be doing Covid-19 Fit to Fly letters for patients. This work is classed as non-NHS work and is chargeable at £100.00 per letter. Patients who are with the Downland Practice who require to have a Covid-19 Fit to Fly letter will need to contact their airline provider in the first instance"
