Well at least some common sense prevails..
Don't like the bloke but if someone calls you out you deserve a bit back. Why it ever came to court is beyond me anyway. Don't we have more important things to go to Court about (like bankers who defraud the country out of billions). |

Mind you, from the report I heard on the radio, the magistrate was not happy at having to find him not guilty. He more or less said "I can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you lied in your testimony, so I am forced to find you Not Guilty."
