Hi, I like Nando's. It is a very friendly place. When I am in town I always try to pop in. Glad to hear of the date they are reopening.

It has never been in Newbury. Certainly not in the last twenty years anyway.

Hi, oh, really? I must be getting my coffee shops muddled up. I was thinking of the one in the Broadway. I go to many towns. I am a coffee addict, but not a name observer. Sorry.

Nando's is a chain restaurant that specialises in chicken, Piri Piri style......

the gimmick is you can see it being 'cooked' in a open 'kitchen'. cheap & cheerful lightweight grub.

Have they been in existence that long? I only first heard of them a year or so ago.

Ten years in the U.K.

Alan Partridges favourite restaurant chain, (which might tell you all you need to know).

They do have some amazing South African artwork displayed on their walls though. (that's where they come from, so they support that kind of thing).
