Swift Couriers; Hambridge Lane-

Bought item online mid day Monday from E. Midlands Wholesaler; selected overnight delivery.
E mail from their carrier APC OVERNIGHT, early evening confirming delivery would be by 4pm Tuesday.
Their local partner = Swift Couriers.
By 4.10pm. disappontingly, no sign of package.
Rang Swift, who explained no way they'd reach me that day; am 8 miles from their depot.

However, promised an upgrade of an a.m. delivery, WEDNESDAY; some upgrade dry.gif


12.10 FOLLOWING DAY; no sign.
Call APC as still showing out on van. Apologetic, but confirmed Swift would have parcel with me by 5pm.

12.10 FOLLOWING DAY, Thursday; no sign.
Call APC as still showing out on van. Apologetic, but confirmed Swift would have parcel with me by 5pm.

12.10 FOLLOWING DAY, Friday; no sign.
Call APC as still showing out on van.
Apologetic, but confirmed Swift would have parcel with me by 12pm.

Finally arrived at 1.45 pm Friday; no explanation from driver at the lost days.

Appalling level of service.

I was going to say it's as if NTC ran Swift, but you kept saying Swift were apologetic!

Sorry, I do sympathise, but couldn't resist that.
