OK it's not strictly a public place but why the need to introduce a ban on photos in Bucklebury Farm Park? Is it for privacy reasons or is it to counter the growing paranoia that there are dirty mac wearing paedophiles on every street corner?
Look out! Perverts are everywhere

It's this sort of bledy nonsense that's resulted in schools banning the use of videos of their Nativity plays and other family events in recent years, which is a shame... There are now tens of thousands of children that are being denied the pleasure of having embarrassing clips of them fluffing their lines being kept by their proud parents and being brought out again at weddings or the first visit by serious girlfriends to their home (or the prospect of earning £250 from You've Been Framed when it goes spectacularly wrong)

I hope BFP will be reviewing their own website and clearing out all those photos which haven’t been given full clearance by parents.

They’ve even got links to private Flickr accounts on their webpage

Whatever they do, I bet it doesn't beat this for an over reaction:

Whatever they do, I bet it doesn't beat this for an over reaction:

That is bizarre.... and of all the photos published on that school's website there was one child with a glum 'smiley' instead of a 'smiley smiley'. Frankly if I was the parent of that child I'd want to know why the school saw fit to discriminate in that way, unless it was so sort of Where's Wally inside joke... I imagine the psychological trauma inflicted will stay with that child for.. well, for longer than it would if he'd had his face shown instead..

Every new school term the Newbury Weekly News prints off a special insert for new class years of pupils. Such a waste of paper in truth for 99.9% of the buying public but I'm sure most kids and parents like to see the photos in print
