On a lighter note, I have to say, I think the tree looks good. Some in the past have looked a bit ropey, but this one is impressive.

Waste of money and the lights.
No tree. No lights. No extra electric.
More money for services.

I happened to drive through Hungerford the other night and I have to say........ did somebody rob ALL of the trees from Yattendon Estates or something? How many trees are there on every available wall space of every building? I imagine if you walk down the High Street in January and there's a puff of wind you'll be covered from head to toe in pine needles.... (assuming they don't get around to taking them down straight away)

It was very nice to look at by the way and (unlike the monument at the top end of Northbrook Street) every little tree was very tastefully lit in just the small orange lights. One of these days I'll get across and see what the 'Extravaganza' is all about

But in the new Caliphate Christmas won't exist, so its a bit of a moot point.
