As far as I can see the only thing the Apoliticals have in common is a distaste for party politics in local government (forming an anti-party party has always confused me). So to understand what they are for as opposed to against you need to ask them individually.

Well they have my backing if it will break the hold of the shambles we have put up with for at least the last decade!
Conservative and Liberals have ignored what the electorate wants in Newbury and have treated the electorate with complete disdain with no transparency and underhanded dealings.
As for Manifesto's I think most parties have proven they are meaningless and have abandoned them withing a few days of being elected anyway so it won't be any different voting for an Apolitical as far as I can see?
