I've just seen the rumour on the other forum that there will be no santa in Newbury this year? Surely this is not true? If it turns out that neither Parkway, the Kennet Centre or anyone else can provide one, there's certainly a lack of festive spirit in Newbury this year.

I Suggest Nick Carter be made to sit in a Grotto in one of the empty units in Parkway for the whole of December as penanace for the Parkway fiasco. Retailers only cough up £1000 for the Christmas lights - maybe they expect someone else to provide a Santa too. |
