I sense in the latest minutes of the Greenham Parish Council that all is not well:

I've sniggered before about the similarity between Citizen Prime's Tower of Control and Saurman's Isengard, with neither individual happy to leave. Umm But being serious, I note that the CCTV has now been switched back on; does that mean the Control Tower basement is now complete? -------------------- Know your place!
