I need to re-home a small dog. It's a white terrier and tends to bark a lot. If you are interested, let me know, and I'll jump over the neighbours fence and get it for you.

Anything that makes the noisy little rat disappear would be ok

Count yourself lucky. My drug dealing baron next door (doesn't work, all meetings between 12pm and 6am), has several attack dogs barking and roaming about his property. 🙄

You lucky old thing you. Show your appreciation for the local canines by getting them some chocolate bars, (Cadbury's dairy milk is ideal); about 3 bars / hound should have the desired effect.
ps. It wasn't me who suggested it.

Not sure I can get said chocolate bars in due to the huge premier fence. But it's good to know that someone is making millions without working. Lifestyle choice. Innit.

If you could skin it and gut it first then I'll make you an offer...

Really? work for KFC then? The owners are just as bad, we haven't got on since we moved in and they were shocked when we weren't in 'finance' or 'property' apparently 'He's' something in the City! Very upset when I explained I still rolled my sleeves up and got my hands dirty when needs be. I didn't help the situation though by laughing at her when he bought her a new Evoque and claimed all breathless "My husband bought me a range rover as well" I couldn't stop myself. Been cold shouldered ever since. I think the rat is a way of getting her own back.
