I don't know how to feel about this. The whole thing is just one sad story.

Personally I think that it is awful that a family has had to suffer a further three years in order to receive some form of acknowledgement of the tragic loss of there loved one following negligence on the part of others.

The reality is that unless such families receive the appropriate level of support, guidance and representation which comes at huge expense then generally they are unsuccessful.

Sadly so - at least they have had some success in this case. I wonder if NTC will be as successful against Costain.
