Why do the Highways Agency, or whoever, always use wrong location for these announcements?
A34 East Ilsley
16/07/10, 15.41pm - One lane blocked northbound, accident, four cars involved after High Street, in East Ilsley

Better to say before or after E Ilsley on or off slip road! angry.gif

High St., some distance from A34 carriageways.

HA, being experts on Local Knowledge and assuming all those vehicles on the A34 know their way around the village, use the name 'High Street' when talking about the southbound entry slip road
