Terrible thing. No one can argue.

Disgusting. Should have been stopped. 1400+ children in one town.

Do you blame:

a. the council employees?
b. the police?
c. the fear of not being "politically correct"?

Personally I blame c) and the reason is the fear of losing your job for appearing to be racist when all you should be doing is treating EVERY person, no matter what colour or creed exactly the same.

No doubt we will get the usual sound bites

"lessons will be learned"
"failures in the system"

More pertinently no-one will take any blame as in the public sector it seems that everyone is immune from resigning or being sacked.

Pretty sordid and sorry state of affairs. angry.gif

The sad thing is not only WAS (& probably still is) this happening right under the noses of those that should be taking care of those victims and potential victims. What is even worse is this is endemic and is happening in EVERY major town and city in the UK. The authorities have only just scratched the surface, or rather the authorities were only forced to act when somebody scratched that surface for them. Oxford, Rochdale, Rotherham etc., Sadly there is FAR worse to come.

Obnoxious possiby, VEXATIOUS definitely not.

Quite; seems to be the norm in that culture it seems.
Recent TV documentary on situation in some areas of Pakistan confirmed.
Nearer to home, I'm certain this is another case in TVP area, after the Oxford
abuse.

Quite; and these cases besides everything else are racist in their intent targeting
white /young/vulnerable females whom they consider as s*uts..everyone ie all white females.

You're right about public sector never falling on their sword; and of course there was the case
in London where a Minister sacked Sharon S from her Council job as Director, but she then got an indecently huge payout. (£680k).

No doubt her colleagues will soon re employ her elsewhere soon, if not already done, at some inflated 6 figure stipend.
