Yummy!

I'm off to order a kids' Hairy Meal and Strawberry McFluffy - with or without bargepole (are they extra? unsure.gif )

I really don't see what else McDonald's were supposed to do- he was offered a replacement burger, which seems reasonable. That, and going to the press about it seems to suggest to me that the man in question is just trying to to milk it for all it's worth, to see what he can get out of it.

And how did he find time to spend an hour outside 'warning customers'?

To be fair if you found a hair in one burger you'd be a bit suspect of the replacement burger. I know I would be.

I have found standards at this branch of the restaurant to be below par too.

The staff look dirty and casual. I have seen staff in dirty uniforms in the past which does not inspire confidence.

I used to love going to McDonalds once but now it always seems to be very chav-infested.

I'd have been more worried if I'd found a feather in it.

Seriously though it's not great is it.

Tothill Services has a much better McDonalds.

I agree. He was probably after some compensation vouchers. I never understood why hair is considerded so disgusting, I mean I wouldn't want it in my food, but it wouldn't gross me out much. I'd rather that than a finger, someones spit, or a worm.

I was eating a KFC 'bucket' once - many years ago. Munching away I looked at the portion I was half way through & noticed an odd, funny coloured piece inside the Colonel's secret batter. Closer examination showed it to be what looked like a soft grey walnut. It was a chicken brain, complete with spinal cord.
Never eaten there since, but I guess it does show that the meat isn't overly processed.....
