doesn't surprise me, half these cabbers are unlicenced chancers. Some can't or won't even obey the rules of the road.

Where is Uber round here? Strike me as better controlled and safer than the 'traditional' cabs. At least it has a solid audit trail.

Not at all. However SirWilliams comment was idiotic otherwise there wouldn’t be a disproportionate number of black people in prison. It’s amazing how some people are so inclined to believe nonsense.
