Lovely spring like morning and the incumbents of Tup hall decide to undertake some garden tidying . All goes according to plan including meeting our green responsibilities by cramming the waste into the shooting brake and setting sail for the re-cycling facility at the top of the hill .
Then the fun started , the queue of traffic into the site started at the entrance off the dual carriageway , ( shades of Pinchington lane eh ) , 20 minutes later the car was reversing on to the bay ,2 minutes more and I was off loaded and on my way home but not before observing the reasons for the delay. This has nothing to do with the otherwise excellent resources or the helpful staff ,who would, I am sure , rather be at home on a Sunday , no it's the intellectually challenged patrons including two who were involved in deep meaningless conversation alongside their empty vehicles and another who was wondering around chatting on the ubiquitous mobile ,
Now before someone suggests that this posting should be in the rant section I tend to agree , but it might just prick the conscience of anyone who may be guilty of the pre- mentioned .
