It's easy to be critical but I think we should all congratulate Nick Carter, West Berks CEO, he's worth every penny! Well done to the Conservative majority for having the guts to reward the man properly in the face of huge cuts.

Working in the public sector is never for the good of the people.. at the end of the day they are jobs and I don't believe they should be capped "just because"..
I bet you lot wouldn't turn down the job if you got offered it and were capable of it. At the end of the day, going back to Mr ****, he got as we said, £150k+ a year and when to be honest, any good parent (as in, understands life, how children work etc and has good leadership skills) could keep a school in check. And yes that is challenge accepted. -------------------- :p
