Lunatic pedestrians Options

Crazy lady just nearly got herself killed by walking out in front of me. I beeped...so she started a rant about having right of way, and reporting ME for careless driving.

Just checked out Highways Code which says pedestrians have priority at a Give Way only when they've already started crossing. This lady was on the pavement, but just stepped out.

Have noticed a lot of continental driving recently and am always very careful now.

It's all those Poles and other eastern european types that have flooded the country.... Just be thankful they're at least driving on the left hand side of the road.....

Not making this an attack on these European drivers, but as I understand it the DVLA/Courts are unable to give these motorists points when they commit an offense such a dangerous driving or speeding. They can fine them, but because of the computerised systems they cannot add points to a European license as the driver numbers cannot be accessed on the UK systems. - So many of them are free to rack up as many fines as possible, but they cannot rack up points and therefore be disqualified!

A bit off topic maybe, but rather concerning!
