Crazy lady just nearly got herself killed by walking out in front of me. I beeped...so she started a rant about having right of way, and reporting ME for careless driving.
Just checked out Highways Code which says pedestrians have priority at a Give Way only when they've already started crossing. This lady was on the pavement, but just stepped out. Crazy -------------------- Newbury's #1 ill-informed internet poster

Go and stand at any junction and they all do it they just walk out without looking.. Not just the youngsters but mothers with prams, people in their 40s, 50s, 60s.... Baffles me it really does and every time I try and turn into a junction or approach a junction to come out and get the filthiest looks from pedestrians who just walk straight out into the road it really does begger belief.
