Here's another one:

http://www.newburytoday.co.uk/News/Article...articleID=13103

The poor fellow needs "help".

Edit: why not provide this after he's served his time?

And another one....!

This just beggars belief.
Offender guilty of a sexual offence against a CHILD and walks free from court.

Shoplifter sent to prison. Ok, I appreciate he's a prolific thief but where's the priority?

At the risk of sounding predictable, he should have been sent to jail.
The guidance says he should have got 4 years but the "judge" decided against it.
I just don't understand that the people in positions of power who should be representing us are representing themselves.

No, please don't tell me that the tax payer is having to pick up the tab for this court action.
This can't be right with the country in so much debt. What a waste.
Non life threatening procedures such as gender re-assignment should be stopped unless the individual can pay for themselves. We just don't have the money anymore to satisfy every "odd" person who wants to make themselves into someone else by surgery.
With limited funds there have to be some tough decisions made.

Smart answer Dannyboy.
Let me put this into perspective for you.
There are people today who are being denied life saving drugs for conditions such as Cancer because the NHS cannot or will not fund them.
The fact that some"odd" person is taking the NHS to court wasting money that could be directed to saving life because he wants bigger t*ts is absurd and selfish.
If you feel that strongly about the bloke why don't you offer some money towards his fees?

It is in persepctive thanks. She is just as entitled to NHS treatment as anyone else. Regardless of the circumstances.

That's right, I read it that the Doctor screwed up the measurements and she was given undersized breasts.

Well, nearly right. Her GP did not measure her breasts correctly either before or after she had hormone treatment. Either way she wants something bigger. No one has given her any breast augmentation treatment which is what the case is all about.
