It's a little more polite than some would have used.
I have to say that picking up on that trivial point alone and disregarding the rest of the argument and the implications of public money being diverted away from potentially saving lives to cosmetic surgery procedures I find perverse. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I think you are missing the point Bloggo. This poor person has obviously had a troubled life and all the do-gooders in the area want the NHS to help them psychologically by performing this 'op'. Then again in a few months time they might decide they do not like them or want bigger ones or smaller ones and its not fair and if the NHS don't do it they'll do something stupid and you'll all be sorry....

Its the way of the World now. I don't like it personally Bloggo but unless you want to emmigrate (something I have been considering) you'll just have to lump it.
