. Bit like Sainsbury's car park, they could have pulled the old one down completely and rebuilt it in the time it has taken. And that started out as a bit of a leak off the top floor. Little wonder we are so behind schedule with our house building programme.
Sainsbury's have signs up all round the store entrances about how they are improving "your car park".
Well, if it is my car park, I object to the ridiculous 2 hour time limit and any enforcement contract with a private parking company - I guess as I was not party to either the planning permission or the parking contract, I can simply ignore these irritations on 'my' car park
