When I first got a mobile phone many, many years ago I bought a Vodafone one, in support, what I thought, was for a local company which I believed we should support. Sadly they didn't think of us in the same way so I quickly moved away from their services. Dealings can wake one up quite quickly. Their loss.

Quite right, if you are unhappy with any organisation, do something about it. The good bit about this was that in the end Vodafone actually did something positive. There are some organisations that woukd have just called the Police...
