Facebook is infested with potential copyright infringement. My guess is the admin of Newbury past and present was being a girls blouse!
 Being serious, after reading the said group, it seems that the admin didn't explain properly what was going on and that led to arguments.

Copyright of the picture belongs to the person who took it - though there has been a case recently about whether remote camera shots are taken by anyone, but that's another issue. Either way AI or whoever cannot claim copyright on the photos. However, they can claim copyright in the design of the Millenium Falcon and X Fighter - in effect they are claiming that whoever took the photos is infringing their copyright by publishing the shots. |

I have just received an email from the BBC asking me if I would be willing to discuss the threats, intimidation and attempts to censor certain facebook groups.
Although in all honesty I have NOT received anything else from that company or facebook, so I am of the opinion, that those emails were nothing more than a method of testing to see what response they would garner. Those who capitulated were seen as easy targets, where as those people like myself who decided to make a stand were left well alone! So now that leaves me with having to consider whether to reply to the BBC! -------------------- Obnoxious possiby, VEXATIOUS definitely not.
