I'm told Henwick News have got it, and the guy who runs the Thatcham Bookshop is getting some in too.

I don't have ads. All I asked for was a simple explanation, which would probably have been quicker to type.

I could have just ignored your question as well, which would have be even quicker! rolleyes.gif

lets put this to the test.

"I think it is a book that contains old photos of Newbury"

Nah; I think my original reply was quicker.

I don't have any ads either. I use Firefox, which has an optional add-on called Adblock Plus. It enables one to view without masses of adverts and pop-ups cluttering up the screen.

Worth bearing in mind, when referring to ads, that lots of people use this.

Of course, and if everyone did this pointless exercise, then we eventually won't have any websites to visit.

I agree, but most of your visits are to complain.

I don't think that's actually true, but if it were, there's nothing wrong with it.

Having seen the advert did try Smiths this afternoon - when I purchased an NWN - drew a blank. Clearly 'not a good outlet' and no I don't want a bar of chocolate for a £1. Need that for the hospital car park (Obesity Clinic)
