After thinking about what I posted, I didn't want it to effect the legal action I am taking against Julian.

Sorry Mr Garvie, you can't do it. I took legal advice and apparently you cannot sue someone just because they are a d1ckhead. Thus, like herpes, we may never be able to get rid of him.
