Doesn't surprise me that this ia happening in Newbury. It is a typical example of how social standards have fallen in the area and the amazing tolerance that the authorities have of it.
All part of the Newbury Vision I guess.

Sadly it is always easier to allowed standards to fall rather than take the tougher option of raising them. I'm afraid the this and previous governments have demonstrated that they are part of the social decline in standards in this country.

What if she was the one who 'dropped' it? Maybe KFC do indeed check their facilities regularly?
